Direct Seller Liability Refund Policy
Membership Fees, Additional Insured
Certificate Fees, Optional Coverages,
Other Miscellaneous Fees, or Credit Card charges

Once enrollment is ordered and processed, any membership fees,
additional insured certificate fees, optional coverage fees,
other miscellaneous fees, or credit card fees charged are fully
earned (will not be refunded).
For Optional Additional Insured certificate
requests only, a
refund request will be processed only when all three conditions
below are met:
1.) The event was never held, and
2.) You provide us with a written release from
the City, County, Event Organizer, etc. from any and all
liability for said event and date(s), and
3.) Refund request is received prior to the
event date.
